I think I post this song every year. This time, with some great old Super 8 footage from the 60s and 70s.
When you’re an epileptic, any year where you don’t spaz out too hard is a good year. But 2011 was a fantastic year for me. I made some bold decisions for my life, and worked my ass off. It paid off like gangbusters. Hard work is its own reward, but it’s always nice when other people notice.
If that wasn’t enough, my family is finally stable, I get to see my loved ones on a regular basis (even if sometimes it’s on video chat), I love the city I live in, and I have my health. (Except for this stupid cold.) I’m a lucky sonofabitch.
2012 is going to be mad busy, but I couldn’t be more excited. Hope you’re feeling the same. Happy new year to you all.
